End User License Agreement

CSi Global Alliance, Inc. ("CSi") grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use and reproduce the Software.

Important: Be sure to read the following license agreement first.

CSi grants you the right to use the CSiEDA software only if you agree to all the terms and conditions contained in the license agreement and any incidental or special license terms contained therein (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").

Please carefully read all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement before selecting the "I Agree" button during installation. [By selecting the "I accept" button, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the software will be installed.

If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, or do not agree to all of its terms and conditions, please select the [I do not agree] button. (The installation will be canceled.)

Your use of the Software also constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of use contained in this Agreement.

CSi's CSiEDA License Agreement accompanies the CSi software product and related instructional materials (the "Software"). The term "Software" includes all upgrades, modifications, and updates to the Software licensed by CSi to you.

CSi grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use and copy the Software.

1. Use of this software

You may install the Software on a single hard disk or other storage device in a single location. You may make the Software available on a network file server for installation on a hard disk or other storage device or for use of the Software on a network, and you may make backup copies of the Software. You may make unrestricted copies of the Software and give copies to other persons or entities (including downloading the Software from the Internet or similar online sources), provided that similar notices of this Agreement, copyright and other intellectual property rights are included in or displayed on the Software. including downloading the Software from the Internet or similar online sources).

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

This software is owned by CSi and its distributors. The structure, organization, and code of this software are valuable trade secrets of CSi and its distributors. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may use the Software only in accordance with accepted trademark practices (including identifying the name of the trademark owner). You may use the trademarks only in accordance with accepted trademark usage practices (including identifying the name of the trademark owner) and only to identify the printed documents produced by the Software. Your use of a trademark does not give you any rights to ownership of that trademark. Except as set forth above, this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.

３．Restrictions

You agree not to rent, loan, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software or attempt to discover the source code of the Software. You agree not to rent, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Software, except to the extent permitted by law where such is essential to obtain information necessary to achieve interoperability between your independently created program and the Software or another program and such information is not readily available from CSi or others. You may not decompile the Software if such information can be obtained by obtaining the right to use the CSi Software Developer's Kit or other CSi software through a CSi authorized reseller or CSi sales office.
Duplication of this software without permission under this license agreement shall be considered copyright infringement in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the applicable country. Any reproduction of this software in violation of this license agreement is a violation of the law. In such a case, you will be liable for damages to CSi and may be subject to penalties.

４．No guarantee

The software is provided to you on an "as is" basis. you acknowledge that the software may contain errors. CSi disclaims any warranty or liability of any kind to you.
CSi and its distributors do not and cannot warrant the operation or results that may be obtained from your use of the Software or documentation. CSi and its distributors make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall CSi or its distributors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, or special damages or claims by third parties, including lost profits or lost revenues. This applies even if CSi's agent has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

５. Disclaimer

Computer-aided design (CAD) software and other technical software are tools intended for use by trained professionals only. They are not a substitute for your professional judgment. CAD software and other technical software are intended to assist in product design and are not a substitute for independent testing of the stress, safety, and usefulness of the product. Because the Software may be used in an extremely wide variety of applications, the Software has not been tested in all situations in which it may be used. C.S.I. is not responsible for the results obtained from the use of this software in any manner whatsoever. The user of this software is responsible for the supervision, management, and control of this software. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, determining the appropriate use of the Software and selecting the Software or other programs to achieve the desired results. Users of the Software are also responsible for establishing the validity of their own procedures for testing the reliability and accuracy of the output of the programs, including all those designed using the Software.

６．limitation of liability

In no event shall CSi be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, repair costs, or other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this software or documentation, regardless of the cause or theory of liability. CSi shall not be liable in any way. This limitation of liability shall apply even if CSi has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. you acknowledge that the free license fee reflects this allocation of risk.

７．Governing Law and General Provisions

This agreement is not subject to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. This program is protected by Korean and international program licenses.
